Growing Independence Coaching (on-going coaching) £900

Builds organisation, emotional regulation, planning, and independence skills
Strengths‑based and engaging sessions linked to interests and hobbies
Includes parent feedback and practical strategies for support at home
Two 30minute sessions per week or 1 hourly weekly sessions

Executive Function Young Adult Coaching: £600
6- Week 1:1 Coaching for Ages 18-24, Weekly hourly sessions.
This package includes:
Building Independence: Support young adults in developing self-management, time management, and decision-making skills.
Emotional Regulation & Resilience: Coaching for managing stress, overwhelm, and transitions (such as university or work).
Accountability and structured goal setting

1:1 Executive Function Parent Coaching: £720
Six 1:1 hourly sessions which include:

Parent-Child Relationship Coaching: Improve communication, connection, and reduce household stress.

Family coaching supports the whole household to better understand behaviour, communication, and executive function challenges together. This package offers a collaborative approach, helping everyone feel heard, understood, and supported.
Six 90minute sessions, which includes:

Participation for up to four family members
Practical strategies tailored to your family’s daily challenges
Support with communication, conflict reduction, and shared understanding

How to use: Review regularly and encourage kids to point to the level of what they are feeling. Practice using coping tools (Impulse Control Choice Board/Traffic Light Chart) before getting to the Red.
Purpose: Helps kids pause and process before acting
How to use: Place it on desks, walls, fridge doors - anywhere visible for your child to see. Reference the steps in situations where child may be becoming dysregulated or about to make a not so good choice
Impulse Control Choice Board
Purpose: Provides alternative actions when a child feels an impulse coming on.
How to use: Let children help choose which tools they would like to use in moments of distress or uncertainty. Keep it accessible to encourage daily practice.
